Kick off half-term with pumpkin carving at Brockley Stores. Drop in any time during the afternoon or evening 12-8pm, pick your pumpkin from the pallet, and carve at your own pace. Small fire pizza will be there selling pizzas from 12-8pm! (purchase separately on the day) What’s included: One pumpkin of your chosen size, grown just down the road by Mark at Orway Porch Farm Carving tools to borrow for free. You can also buy a carving kit on the day to take home, or bring your own. We clear up. Your pumpkin insides go to feed our chickens and other animals, so nothing goes to waste. Which size? Football size: a good first carve and easy for younger children to manage. Basketball size: room for a proper face or a more detailed design. Mega pumpkin: our biggest. A real centrepiece, and heavy, so bring someone to help carry it.
