Saturday 31 October, Halloween. Arrive at 1pm. Pick your pumpkin from the pallet (grown by Mark at Orway Porch Farm) and carve it with our pumpkin carving expert on hand to guide you. Allow about 45 minutes. Tools are free to borrow, or buy a kit on the day, or bring your own. We clear up, and the pumpkin insides go to our chickens and other animals. Football size: a good first carve for younger children. Basketball size: room for a proper face. Mega: our biggest, so bring help to carry it. Hog roast, coffee, quiche and the rest of the shop and deli are available to buy on the day. One booking is one pumpkin. Children must be supervised by an adult. Outdoors or under the stretch tent, so dress for the weather.
